National coffee chain Costa Coffee begins work on its new Blackwood store today. Over the coming weeks the former Coed Duon public house located in the centre of the town on High Street will be transformed into a new Costa Coffee store with over 50 seats. The opening is scheduled for late March.

Bobby Khangura the franchisee said:

“We are really looking forward to coming to Blackwood town centre, as a brand Costa Coffee is all about bringing the community together so as well as serving great coffee, we will be creating some exciting social events”
