Tony Hadley features in Big Weekend of LIVE music
at Caerphilly Castle September 18th
Big names OCEAN COLOUR SCENE (sold out) and TONY HADLEY make up a great weekend of music at Caerphilly Castle on the weekend of Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th September. The event will be staged by Wales’ largest independent music promoter, Orchard Entertainment in the largest castle in Wales.

On Sunday September 18, Tony Hadley, front man of iconic British legends Spandau Ballet will close the weekend of concerts within the inner walls of the castle.
Tony Hadley recorded 20 singles and eight hit albums with Spandau Ballet, before embarking on a solo career that produced another seven albums and more single hits. His show features songs from more recent times, in addition to pop classics like True, Gold, and Through The Barricades.
On Saturday 17th September to mark the 20th anniversary of their legendary Moseley Shoals album, Ocean Colour Scene are going be celebrating in style while performing in one of Wales most spectacular castles with special guests Newport band The Hearts.

It’s great to work with CADW on what is a new venue for us. We’ve staged gigs at Cardiff Castle and this summer again in Pembroke Castle, but Caerphilly Castle is iconic, and we’re excited to bring such a strong line-up to the town.

Seating
This is not a seated concert.
You are NOT permitted to bring camping furniture / deck chairs.
Accessibility
The event takes place on grass; friendly stewards, accessible toilets plus a disability viewing area are available. The Castle is suitable for wheelchair users with assistance.
Weather
The concert will not be cancelled in the event of inclement weather.
Please bring clothing appropriate to the expected weather conditions. In consideration of other concert goers, umbrellas and gazebos should not be used.
Refreshments
A range of catering, offering a variety of food and drink will be available within the event arena from the time the gates open.

Standard and accessible toilet facilities are located throughout the event arena.
