THE UNDERTONES
THE UNDERTONES ANNOUNCE UK TOUR FOR MAY & JUNE WITH SPECIAL GUESTS: HUGH CORNWELL & NEVILLE STAPLE BAND THE UNDERTONES have confirmed a run of UK live dates throughout May & June, with special guests Hugh Cornwell (all dates except Sheffield) & Neville Staple Band (Sheffield only). The Undertones emerged from Derry in 1976, the result of five friends (John O’Neill, Damian O’Neill, Feargal Sharkey, Billy Doherty and Michael Bradley) learning how to play basic rock and roll. Even by the standards of that decade Derry was not the rock and roll capital of anywhere. With no live bands worth watching, they learned by listening to mail order records, reading one of the few copies of NME that made it to Derry but most of all from listening to John Peel’s wonderful show on BBC Radio One. Practicing in their bedrooms eventually led to the band recording John O’Neill’s ‘Teenage Kicks’ in 1978 on Terri Hooley’s Good Vibrations label in Belfast. The legendary DJ John Peel received a copy and liked it so much he played it twice in a row on his radio show. The Undertones signed with Sire Records and ‘Teenage Kicks’ was re-released, resulting in the band’s first appearance on Top Of The Pops. Over the next five years, John O Neill, crafted further pop gems such as `Here Comes The Summer`, ‘Jimmy Jimmy`, `You’ve Got My Number (Why Don’t You Use It)’ and ‘Wednesday Week’ whilst Damian O’Neill and Michael Bradley contributed ‘My Perfect Cousin. They also recorded four highly acclaimed LPs. Indeed, they almost enjoyed…

OTHERKIN – ANNOUNCE SEPTEMBER UK TOUR DATES
OTHERKIN RELEASE NEW SINGLE “ON & ON” LISTEN HERE ANNOUNCE SEPTEMBER UK TOUR DATES Buoyed by the success of ‘All That Remains Won’t Be the Same’, Irish alternative rock band OTHERKIN increase speed with the release of ‘On & On’. The band say: ‘We were listening to a ton of French House before making ‘On & On’ and felt inspired to make a song for the dance floor. As we were approaching it from the context of being a guitar band, we thought it would be cool to break the song up with a huge riff, bringing the two worlds together. We paired it with a story of a guy we know who’s a conniving, scheming weasel that’ll never change his ways, regardless of what happens to him. This song is like one fist in the air and one middle finger in the air to him.’ Produced and mixed by Jolyon Thomas (Slaves, Royal Blood), ‘On & On’ is the third banger-on-the-bounce from the band this year. ‘All That Remains’ enjoyed evening airplay support from BBC Radio 1, daytime spins in their homeland and unprecedented levels of playlist support from all the main streaming platforms. Following an exciting Electrowerkz show in London, Otherkin are excited to be heading back out on the road in the UK this September. Catch them live at the following venues: 19th – Hyde Park Book Club, Leeds 20th – The Basement, York 21st – Think Tank? Underground, Newcastle 22nd – Nice N Sleazy, Glasgow 23rd – The Sunflower Lounge, Birmingham 24th – Clwb Ifor Bach,…

Creed may be best known for starring as a fictional version of himself on nine seasons of the award winning, critically acclaimed NBC series “The Office.” For nearly eight years fans worldwide grew to love him as Dunder Mifflin’s quality assurance director who unapologetically forgets the names of his own co-workers, and says bizarre confusing statements on a regular basis. If Creed was onscreen, laughs were sure to follow. While Creed may be best known for his on-screen antics, he is also an established musician with a career in music that spans nearly five decades, and he isn’t slowing down anytime soon. This year Creed is slated to release his 7th full-length album entitled “While the Young Punks Dance,” featuring 10 brand new tracks.
