New Course Date for July!
Tai Chi for beginners - Tai Chi movements for Wellbeing (TMW). A 7 week Course at the Cardiff Centre
Allow yourself time this summer to pause, slow down and reconnect with your body, breath and the stillness within. Over the 7 weeks we will learn a beautiful 16 movement sequence that is based on Tai Chi/Chi Kung
The movements are slow, flowing and gentle, allowing fus the space and time to reconnect with a sense of how our body feels as we move. Short seated and standing body awareness meditations are also included in each class, drawing our awareness away from our thoughts of the past or future and into the present moment. In each moment we can then choose to treat ourselves more kindly, breathe more deeply and let go of long held tensions.
