A Caerphilly-based network is extending its reach for new artists and crafters and changing its name to boot!

Formerly known as Caerphilly Creatives, the group is re-branding to acknowledge the delivery of Cwm a Mynydd (Hill and Valley), a project that has received funding through the Welsh Government Rural Communities – Rural Development Programme 2014-2020, which is funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the Welsh Government, across not only Caerphilly but also the ‘Llanhilleth and Cwm Wards of Blaenau Gwent.

The aim of the group is to promote the work of crafters and artists found across both counties and as a result, the newly branded ‘Cwm a Mynydd Creatives’ are on the look out for new members with a view to this year’s proposed  ‘Arts Week’ and other exciting events and opportunities during 2016.
